Schultesia lampyridiformis not eating

First Instar
I recently obtained a starter colony of schultesua lampyridiformis (firefly mimic cockroaches) and they seemingly won't eat. What have people had success feeding these lovely creatures? For context I got some Perisphaerus pygmaeus at the same time and they have cleaned their plate. I feed Fluvals Bug Bites Color Enhancing Flakes.(They have been nibbling on it and are quite active)

They really love apples IME more so than anything else. Then again that's basically the only moisture source they get.

I have these, and I don't see them "eat" often. They probably just nibble stuff off, they are also rather small as it is. I feed mine apples and dog food.

Makes sense, I was just somewhat concerned when the Perisphaerus pygmaeus ate their food so quickly and the firefly mimic roaches seemingly didn't touch their food. This was a factor I hadn't even considered many thanks.
 
The P. pygmaeus, now identified as P. horaianus, that I keep eat a seemingly disproportionate amount of food too. Hungry little things.

Mine eat a small amount of fish flakes or pellets, they also enjoy passively nibbling on cork and acorn shells for some reason
