    What to do about those pesty Gnats

    Lately ive i had a Gnat problem in a couple of my roach bins, any suggestions on how to get rid of them. I've cleaned the bins twice and the gnats keep returning and start breeding in the bins, its only in 1 of my Hisser bin and the lobster bin. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :(

    Yippeee Hissers give birth

    :o does anyone know how many babies come out each time hisser give birth? i have quite a few hissers but this is the first time i saw the brand spanking new borns and there is about 40. Was this from 2 mothers or did 1 give birth to that many?

    What do adult orange heads like to eat

    just wondering if anyone knows a food adult orange heads like. it does'nt seem like they eat as much fruits as my other roaches. is there a specfic meat or something in particular they prefer? any suggestions would be appreciated. They all seem pretty healthy THANKS :rolleyes:
