Aptera fusca care

Dear friends,

This month I will receive some Aptera fusca from Table Mountain in South Africa. Has anyone experience in how to care for them?

Try your usual consistent roach husbandry....And if that fails tweek your husbandry a bit.

You look much older than I and have you bred roaches before?
