B. giganteus LARGE lot...

Mister Internet

Hello!

I am looking to move a VERY large colony of B. giganteus, as they have proved to be more of a challenge than I have time for right now. They are the largest, most visually impressive species in the hobby today, but they are not beginner-level roaches. They require tall vertical spaces, lots of rotting wood, humid conditions, and a LOT of food. They also die off rather frequently and randomly as adults, and require a LOT of space as they seem to be more prone to over-crowding than other species. These cannot be kept like dubia, lateralis, and other species that seem to breed faster the more crowded you make them. If you are within a couple hours' driving distance of the Chicago area, I can do an in-person exchange and give you their enclosures too!

This is a very large colony, like I said. I have added several colony buy-outs to this over the last two years, so there are a bit over 200 total the last I counted, plus a dozen or two adults. I am not looking to crash the market or anything, so I will only discuss prices, etc, over PM. This is a very rare buying opportunity for an experienced hobbyist. Any questions not concerning price, feel free to post in the thread for everyone's benefit. Thanks!

p.s. - yes, I know this is not an ideal enclosure... it was during a cleaning, this is not their permanent setup. :)

Another bump, I will be at NARBC Tinley, I can make a VERY sweet deal on 200 nymphs (no adults) if anyone is interested!

OK, ready to get stupid... I'm considering all half-serious offers on this colony buy-out. This could be an absolute steal for the right buyer. PM.

Final price drop before these start turning into feeders, lol. $1/nymph in lots of 100+, buyer pays actual shipping. Buyers choice of shipping, but I only LAG for overnight and delivery into a person's hands on first attempt. Any refusal, unavailability to receive, or pre-approval by buyer to leave package will void LAG. Thanks!
