Cool Looking Hisser

Woah, nice pattern! Is it a P. vanwaerebecki?
I do not know but I am 100% they are all hybrids. I get all kinds of crazy colors and patterns out of this enclosure. I do not let the roaches in this enclosure near my other pure hissers. I do not ever give these away either. I call in my crazy hisser enclosure...lol. :)

I know Hybrids can be a hot button topic for some. I find it very interesting. If people handle hybrid breeding carefully/responsibly as you seem to be I don't see the problem , very cool looking hisser.

I bred hybrid hisser's solely as pets and it was fun seeing them grow because it was a surprise what they would look like and what traits they would get from each parent. The results surprised me as I bred a dark and light thinking most will be dark, instead most were dark with light colored pattern, I was fascinated with the results!

in my estimation, you are doing it right, youre not trying to pass them off, it seems pretty controlled to me. Can you punnett square the results for perdictible hybrid behavior, or with roaches is that rather impossible?

People can do that with scorpions. I have seen people match up the largest, most colorful, and docile ones and paired them. I don't see why you can't do that with roaches
