Cure for parasites?

Is there any way to cure a roach with internal parasites, like you can with dogs and cats?

It sounds stupid but if you could it would prevent alot more stock from dying.

It seems to me that the roach itself would also be susceptible to the killing effects of any anti-parasitic medication. One would have to be developed to be species specific and not harm the roach, I would think.
