domino roaches dying

So i bought some domino roaches back in August and they molted around October into their adult form. Sadly they keep dying and I'm not sure why. I'm new to roach keeping and am not sure if their deaths are due to finishing their natural life cycle or if I'm doing something wrong.

 
I suprisingly have one adult female T. olegrandjeani that molted out in october. But yes they usually dont last long at all.

 
I had my first adult molt today unsuccessfully. It had exuvia attached to the rear parts. I tried to remove it after moistening it with pure water, but to no avail. Is there a typical reason for the mismolt?

 
I haven't had any mismolts... Weird. I keep mine on moist substrate without anything to hide in or on and they do great.
