So I gave my dubia Colony the gel version of my dry food for a change I've not bothered for a while (honestly just laziness as I'm that busy and my collection is massive now) and I'd forgotten how much they like it so I should be bothered to make it up more often as it keeps for ages in the fridge so I'll start using it several times a week from now on
