Epilamprinae sp. “Kota Kinabalu” Die Off?

I got my  Epilamprinae sp. “Kota Kinabalu” colony around a month ago most of the nymphs matured quite quick and they were doing extremely well, even mating. But around two weeks ago I had many pregnant females die and about their ooths, I rehoused them thinking overcrowding was the issue but now two more males have died. Can anybody help me? They also slightly twitch when they die and continue to do that for hours and hours, not pesticides either I already debunked that.

Weird I'd think old age but they just matured. Too hot? Are they under a strong heat lamp?

Yeah not old age at all for sure, and deifnetly not too hot I keep them on a heat Matt their enclosure gets around 78F. I wonder if the slight twitching after death could help figure out the cause of it?

How is the ventilation in their set up? Hopefully they haven't all passed away since Tuesday.

I spoke to Kyle from roach crossing about it, he said their humidity may have been too high which caused a bacterial infection. He said you can’t save infected ones. I increased ventilation and the infected ones have since passed but the uninfected ones are still alive so hopefully this was it. I still have like 2-3 pregnant females so hopefully I figured it out.
