Terms/Conditions
When your order request has been received, I will issue a price quote including shipping costs.
Payment can be done via Paypal or check. I will not ship until payment has been received.
Shipping is generally done on Mondays or on the specified and agreed upon ship date. If there are any changes to the shipping date/time, I will notify you immediately.
I ship via United States Postal Service. The default shipping is priority mail, which generally takes 2-4 days. During the winter (due to cold temperatures), I will add a heat pack unless all the species being shipped are cold hardy (The cost of the heat pack alone will be added to the total cost.). Once your order has been shipped, I will notify you. I guarantee live arrival for both 2 day Priority mail and Express shipping (Over night delivery). If the package has arrived and no one is there to receive it, we cannot guarantee live arrival. If the animals are unhealthy or dead contact me withint 24 hours. I will probably need a picture of the animals for proof for the guarantee of live arrival. If the supposed to be live insects arrive dead then I will replace them for just the price of shipping or I will refund the cost of the animals dead on arrival, but I will not refund what it cost to ship them. Because of the heat I may not ship during or in the middle of summer. If you would like to upgrade from priority mail to express mail, please let me know and your shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly.
I will guarantee live arrival of invertebrates open unboxing under the scope of the above definition and claim no responsibility for invertebrate deaths resulting from subsequent incorrect housing or care. I will, however, discuss appropriate care and solutions to common husbandry problems if you need assistance.
I do not ship outside of the contiguous United States! Some species of animals may be illegal in your state, for example Blaptica dubia and Nauphoeta cinerea are illegal in Florida. So I will not ship an animal to a state if I think it is illegal.
If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with your order, or if you have any questions relating to care and maintenance, do not hesitate to ask me! I love questions and am always eager to help.
