Heating Problems

I am currently trying to breed dubia roaches but I am having problems keeping my temps up I have them in a regular sterilite bin and it isn't large so i know that size isn't the problem i have a heat emitter and a heating pad because the heating pad only gets the bin to have 75 can someone recommend were i might be able to buy a better heating pad i could on find one that was a 24 hour bad all the rest had a 2 shut off on them

I've found heating pads at Walgreens that can be switched to continuous "on". The ones I've found like that have all been more expensive than the others that stay on for 2 hours.
