Help with sexing Eublaberus pantanal

Can anyone give me tips on sexing these guys? do I look at abdomen segments? I picked up and compared a few but they looked the same. Although one was a tad smaller and instead of being black it had a light tan underneath. From above they are the same. Although I do have a few three spot pronotums.

 
Yes, you just look at the segments. Females have one large segment and males have two smaller ones at the end. It may be hard to see these differences with nymphs smaller than medium size or in smaller species.
