Hi,

I was wondering if some of you could give me some information.

I have just found a green banana cockroach in my banana pack . I am terrified of them and was wondering what the safest way would be to get rid of it without actually killing it.

Will it crawl out from my drain and lay eggs everywhere?

Hi Lux,

Where do you live? If it's somewhere they occur naturally you can just let it go outside. Othewise you'd want to keep it as a pet (or the more gruesome alternative). It's a pet species and it won't reproduce in a home, it will not infest a home but can establish itself in greenhouses.
