Hissers in the post

anyone who got hissers in the post/mail, did they hiss before u got them out? i think there are some people who wouldnt like that.

 
They're prone to hissing with the initial handling, but like Keith I've never heard them hiss beforehand.

I actually like the sound of the hissing.

(Unless I'm studying)

 
thought this might be the case. picture this tho:

Roach owner to housemate: hi, how was your day?

Housemate: fine. oh, btw you got some post. i picked it up to put it on the side and i swear it hissed!

Roach owner wonders if housemate knows about secret pets.
