Insects (Including some roaches) that may be imported or shipped into California without a permit

It is interesting that they are so general by listing just millipede or "Tenodera Mantid" and right above that it was written "Chinese Mantis". I am guessing by Tenodera Mantid they just mean that one species. There are many other Tenodera species.
