I'm sure the answer is yes, but I'm just curious. I know it is illegal to import beetles from overseas, but the government seems much more lenient with roaches. Just curious, thanks in advance! 
Is it illegal to order roaches from overseas?

Well I'm pretty sure they have laws against transporting animals across seas, and they are very strict about some invertebrates, (beetles for example). I was wondering if it is also bad to import roaches.
Even if you were ordering something perfectly acceptable, such as nonvenemous arachnids like whipspiders, it would still be illegal to import them without import permits from USFWS.
