ISO Macropanesthia rhinoceros (nymphs or females)

Third Instar
In the process of acquiring a male of this species and would be interested in (ideally immature) females. Could possibly take a chance on unsexed nymphs.

Let me know your price or trade.

Would be surprised to get a reply considering the scarcity of this species but I figured it was worth a post.

I have 2 males coming tomorrow, both were born in April of last year and should be around 2" in length. Sounds like they were kept somewhat warm.

By the growth chart in For The Love of Cockroaches im guessing 6th or 7th instar, likely 7th (6th molt) considering temperature.

Age is better than instar but at a year old I think 5th or 6th is close. It's the last molts that take a while. The female would probably cost you more than the males did.

I figure, I have a trio of tortoises and in that case females are far more expensive (2-3X) once the gender is known.

I would  be interested to know how much if you have one available, a sexed female might be better than having to buy several unsexed nymphs and crossing my fingers.

If no sexed females are available I would still be interested in 1 or two nymphs instead if available, even if my two would not necessarily live long enough to breed them if I was lucky enough to get a female.

Regardless I'm really excited to acquire this species, but if would be even more fun to have a breeding pair.
