Isopod Climbing?

I have my isopods in a 5 gallon aquarium. I am worried if they can climb up the white silicon/glue vertically up the corners of the tank? Have you guys experienced them being able to do this? or should i not worry about them getting out that way? thanks.

I'd assume they can climb up it if they felt the urge. They'll likely realize though as they climb up the humidity will greatly decrease and should turn back around and go down. Just make sure the lid fits on well and you shouldn't have to worry about too many escapees.

I've watched many videos about raising/keeping varied insects and even, for example, crickets have been kept without a lid successfully because the environment is so well maintained.  I guess as long as the environment is excellent the critters will opt to remain in the enclosure.
