Do you think this would make a good roach food?

It's digestible apparently and made of alfalfa.

I tried feeding some left over alfalfa pellets I used for my tortoise to some of my hissers a couple years ago. That's the only thing I tried that they wouldn't eat. I put some in a small amount of water to rehydrate it and some nymphs reluctantly nibbled on it. It went moldy very fast though but I tried to keep the humidity resonably high. Are you just going to feed it to them or try using it as substrate?

Those pellets, beets, and parsley are among the things that none of my roaches will eat.
