can anyone tell me if there it is illegal to ship any species of roach to florida? I have heard conflicting accounts of this. the roach in question would be lobster roaches if that matters. thanks

This is not an answer to any shipping questions.

Check any university collection in Florida -- Nauphoeta cinerea is a well-known established species found across Florida. The stock people keep as feeders in the US probably was collected in Florida.
