Looks like eggcase broken off in half inside female

I just receive my shipment of hissers today and noticed one of the female has what looks to be half of a broken eggcase inside of her. Should I be worried and pull it out or just leave her as it is?

I'd think that if there was anything wrong, she'd just abort it herself, though I may be wrong.

I agree, it will be aborted if there's no chance of success. Leave it where it is, she might still be able to gestate part of the ootheca.
