Mystery roach(atleast for me)

Hello, I bought a colony of lobsters awhile ago and found some roaches in there that were not quite lobsters.

The supplier also had dubias, discoids and hissers. At first I thought they were dubias but when comparing them to this picture http://gallery.pethobbyist.com/data/2860du...signed2-med.jpg

they look quite different. Does anyone know what these are? (I want to get a bunch more cause they look quite cool)
