Nymph or unhealthy female dubia?

/monthly_06_2013/post-3147-0-09979000-1370730394_thumb.jpg i noticed 'her' the other day. my roaches are at room temp so i dont think they should be breeding, though they could have given birth as i got them as adults. i noticed her exo is / was very dull. the pic shows this. if i turned her over i noticed her underside was extremely pale. what is she? i just found some exo in my egg crate. adult female to compare in pic.

The one on the left is an immature male nymph, and is perfectly healthy. On the right is a healthy adult female.

 
thought nymph when i found the exo. how did you know he was a he? i did think he looked like a male from the side. thanks.
