Owning roaches

When you have a large collection of Roaches are there any issue with people have any gotten sick just curious

Some people can develop an allergy to their roaches with constant exposure, (which can be said of a lot of things), that can cause blisters to appear where large roaches have touched the skin, or where you get congested and/or sneeze a lot when doing stuff in the roach enclosures, but I've never heard of anyone getting really "sick" from them, no.
