Paralyzed(?) Hissing Cockroach

A confusing and morbid scene of what appears to be a Paralyzed(?) HissingCockroach? It's one of the smaller females from my colony. Found it not moving much beside it's mouth and feeder arms. It's been like this for days now and i'm still not sure what's caused whatever this is.

I've noticed this seems to be a trend with sluggish/not moving roach posts in the past couple months. Sad when it happens.

I think, based on occasions where some of mine got into a vivarium of my surrounding native environment- they might have a deadly sensitivity to some type of mold that doesn't exist where they come from. But it could be any other kind of pathogen as well, flu to natives kinda situation essentially.
