Refund Policy
in event of problem or DOA have to be report with in same day of receiving. Otherwise I will assume everything arrive with out problems and you happy with your animals
any DOA would need to be photographed and pictures emailed to contact address bellow, or
if no pictures provided, animals have to be shipped back for full refund or replacement. All replacements will be shipped with following order.
Any trades or orders would have to shipped to me first. If trades are wrong described (ID,gender or size) it will be owners responsibility to pick up shipping expense back.
