Yesterday I went to the University of Purdue for a tour of their entomology department. Of course, I had to check out the museum's collection of cockroaches to see species I didn't have/didn't know of. After looking through the considerably small (4 "drawers") of cockroaches, I found many, many, many unidentified common species (Blaptica dubia, Archimandrita tesselata, etc) and a massive mire revolving around Blaberus craniifer. I'll have pictures up soon.
I'm not quite sure how I should "inform" the museum (I plan on attending Purdue for college and I don't want to make any enemies.
) Can any one else confirm some of these IDs/ Discuss the mess revolving around B. craniifer?
