Possibly a Periplaneta japanna Asahina or some species of Periplaneta? I looked into it and according to this website it does appear to be a Periplaneta japanna Asahina http://www.hachijo-vc.com/creature/archives/2008/09/post_591.php . A very nice looking species I must say
