Well one of mine giant cave roches, had a emmmm huge thing sticking out of his ass, after some time it finally came all the way out, like a giant turd. What is that? Now he/she is either eating it or guarding it, cant say for shure, but it's weird.

It sounds like an ootheca, an eggcase, that was rejected and expelled. Females will air out their eggsacs to adjust the temp, or when expelling a dud sac. A healthy ootheca will be pulled back inside the female once it is at the correct temperature to continue incubating, unhealthy ones are discarded/eaten.
