White bump/blister on one of my dubia roaches

One on my adult female dubia roaches in my colony formed a little white cyst/bump on her left back (kinda on the wing area) I dont won't to feed it to my beardie, but I'm wondering what it is. If it's contagious should I take her out of my colony or just let her live her days there?

(I dont know how to share images on here if someone could help me i will gladly share photos)

 
Sounds like a mismolt resulting in a hemolymph filled cyst, can be a common defect in dubias, I'd feed her off and remove her from the gene pool. Shouldn't bother your beardy at all.
