I keep B. species Honduras with lots of vertical and slanted items in their tub to molt on. I believe I'm just using coconut croutons for substrate. The nymphs like to burrow and the adults burrow and hang out in the open. The tub has some cross ventilation, but I've been doing cross ventilation for almost everything. I give them apples and fish food mostly with occasional banana. I'll mist half of the tub down every 7-10 days.
