Ever since I found one on the AZ trip I've fallen in love with this species!

I managed to buy this color variant (used to be subspecies) from a guy in TX. It has few broken legs but hopefully it'll regenerate them on the next molt :)

Nice specimen man! :) I love centipedes, got a S.polymorpha myself that eats like there's no tomorrow, love watching him chow down. Hope this guy does well for you! :)

Haha cool! I think I stuffed mine up nicely the other day, fed him a large superworm pupa and then a pre-pupa, now he's holed himself up and is refusing to feed.

Your new S.heros heros looks pretty fat, any chance it's a gravid female?

Wish it was gravid, but she appears to be getting ready to molt
