Picked up this 16 7/8" x 11 1/2" x 5 7/8" enclosure for Macropanesthia rhinoceros. What size should the air holes be? Should I put them on the top too? How many/where should I place them? Do they need cross ventilation?

Should I use a sand/coco fiber mixture or a sand/organic potting soil mixture? Which one works best?
Either one should work fine, I know Orin uses sand and potting soil but I'm sure coconut fiber would work as well.
