I need everyone's experience to help me create the best setup for this ooth. Right now i have it buried in the damp soil Kyle sent me with a heat emitter above (see image below). Last temp/humidity reading was 79% air humidity and 85 degree air temp. With the fluctuating temperatures in New Jersey, it's hard to keep everything consistant. I'm worried the soil isn't warm enough or the air temp is too warm, etc. I could be overthinking, but...

I need ideas.
Should I put the enclosure into a large bin and have the heat bulb sit on top to warm up the inside of the bin, like a chamber?
Should hook up a thermostat to the heat emitter to control the temperature, but move the ooth to a deli cup so that I can create one hole wode enough to insert the thermostat's heat-detecting wire?
Or do y'all think I'm over-thinking it and this is a fine setup?
The ambient temperature in my room right now is 67-68 F. I have a space heater on the floor in front of my roach rack but I can't keep it on all the time because I don't want to sweat in my own bedroom (plus electric bill..)
Idk I need y'all's assurance 😭

I imagine a small swing in temperature and humidity aren't harmful. What are your highs and lows for temperature and humidity so far?

Honestly I'd put it inside a larger bin and have the lamp shining on that just so a larger environment is being heated, which will probably keep things more stable inside than the small container.
