    Troglodillo sp. "Green Spot"

I have found Troglodillo sp. "Green Spot" to be rather easy to keep and breed. I keep mine in a high ventilation setup with moist substrate topped with leaves and rot wood. Porcellio bolivari Isopods

I really enjoy taking photographs of these guys, they always hold still and let me get nice close shots even with a flash. They like it dry and cool, I keep temperatures under 70F and only mist one or two corners of their bin leaving the rest quite dry. I started with 21 individuals back in...

Can I use repti-bark in my bioactive enclosure?

Reptibark should be fine, but sphagnum peat or coco coir would serve the same purpose and likely be less expensive. White rot wood chunks/mulch and leaf litter are the superior option, especially if your bioactive setup will have isopods and/or springtails in it.

    Hey 👋🏼

Welcome! Agreed that roach people seem to be way more laid back and accepting of others than many in the tarantula hobby. Only thing I can figure is that some in the tarantula hobby are trying to be more venomous than their spiders 🤷‍♂️

    Name your favorite bug-type Pokemon

Nostalgia makes me want to say Scyther, but I am quite partial to ghost types, so I might have to copy 0rangmang0 and say Shedinja, as well.
