Does anyone know the fastest ageing cockroach is? I want to know what one will grow faster into adults.

That's a good question but the answer isn't so easy. Growth rates are greatly affected by food, temperature and housing. I'd say one of the fastest to mature is the firefly cockroach but it's also barely an inch at adulthood. Blaberus take a month or two longer but are many, many times the mass.
