Any chance that anyone here has a access to the description paper for Asiablatta?

Hi, I am a master's student currently working on the taxonomy of Parcoblatta. Asiablatta kyotensis was initially described as a species of Parcoblatta until it was split out in 1985. It would be valuable to me to read that paper in order to determine why it was established as a separate genus. I put in a request through the interlibrary loan system at my university and was told that they were "unable to find any institution able to lend or copy" the paper.

If anyone has it or wants to help find it, the paper is as follows:

did you contact roachcrossing or invertabratedude (i think this may be hisserdude) if anyone could find the paper my money would be on them
