If you find any let me know, I plan on looking for the species here soon. Just have to make my way out to the desert (it's where im assuming they are)

I live in NM and I plan on making these my priority on collecting trips soon. I figure I better hurry before it gets too hot. The hotter the sand the deeper they will go I assume.

they do move deeper when its hotter. If the sand is loose u will see serpintine "tracks". They also live in kangaroo rat mounds, they use the moisture from the rats breath.

Also peter from bugs in cyberspace had a texas variety but they r no longer posted for sale on his site.

 
I am hoping to have 2 species of Arenivaga available this summer; A. tonkawa and A. investigata. The former species is reproducing very well and should be ready soon. The second species, I only have a subadult female of and I'm desperately hoping she'll either reproduce asexually or I can find a male. lol
