Bloated Hisser leaking fluids (with photos)

Keith

Megaloblatta
So this one Male (presumably adult) Hisser I raised last shed a month and a half ago with its siblings. It has been acting normal and eating. Slowly the poor thing has gotten more bloated that at first I thought it was going to shed again, but the length of time I think leads me to believe its fully grown. I have no idea what is causing it but it isn't acting sick. I mean just look at it though it looks like a heavily pregnant female males aren't supposed to be this fat and long! I noticed in the back white fleshy things pop in and out, mabye genitals which is odd too.

To make things weirder, today I find the cockroach with a puddle of milky white fluid coming out of its abdomen, and it's eating the fluid after!

I have no idea what the heck is going on but here are photos if anyone has advice on this bizarre case!

Pathogen infestation? Digestion disorder? I've no idea, but if I were you I'll definitely separate him from the rest of colony, maybe also change substrate/ clean container.

He has been with all the others all his life, no others have this problem so I don't think its anything contagious, and I regularly clean the cage.
