Live Arrival Guarantee
There is no live arrival guarantee for USPS priority 2-day, except if specifically noted for a hardy species.
LAG is provided if you choose Priority Express (1 or 2 day) as long as temperatures are above freezing and below 95 F in my ZIP code and yours during the time of transit and the signature requirement is NOT waived. I may suggest or require that you pay a nominal fee for cold or heat pack(s) if temperatures are near these extremes.
Refund: No refunds unless LAG is valid, which we will then attempt to solve the problem via refund (without shipping) or a resend (pay shipping)
