E. javanica death.

Female E. javanica female wasn't lookin too good last night. Today found her belly up and stinkin. Cut her open, cottage cheese inside. Had a hole in her abdomen also. Can mites be ingested? I dont think so. Dogfood, carrot, watermelon diet. Insight?

Age? Anything else in the bin like dermestid beetles? Temperature? etc.

Whole in abdomen? Maybe Hymenoptera related? Have never experienced this.

Temps. were high about 99dgs. Normal in my house for this time of year. I lose a few bugs. Most have done well. No dermestids at all. Havent had phorid flies lately either.
