Mantis religiosa. This species is native to Europe. Females grow to over 3 inches in length. They are active and fiesty- a perfect pet! In some countries, the European Mantis is protected and catching them is illegal. However, it is perfectly legal to own one if they are captive-bred, like the ones I sell.
