Requisite Fine Print:
All of my roaches are raised in bioactive terrariums and fed a steady diet of organic fruits, vegetables and leaves alongside my custom roach chow (dog/cat food free). As such, you might find a stray cleaner beetle or springtails with your roaches. Additional Alphitobius diaperinus cleaner crew FREE with any order – just ask. Additional Collembola cultures (3 oz) also available. • Need a different quantity or a particular size? I can do that. Just send me a message with your request, and I will reply promptly with a price quote. I include overage on all orders to accommodate the occasional DOA. • All orders ship Priority Mail. Shipping is $8.50 regardless of order size. I only ship Monday-Wednesday and only when temperatures on both ends are between 50F-80F. I reserve the right to delay shipment if the temperature is outside of that range. DOAs must be photographed and reported within 2 hours of delivery. If you won’t be home to receive them, please ask for Hold for Pickup. Live arrival guarantee only applies to shipments that adhere to these policies, no exceptions. • No shipping to Florida, Tennessee, Hawaii or Alaska. No international shipping (even Canada).
