Delivery must occur on the 1st attempt, and notification of the DoA must be made to us within 2 hours of the posted delivery time with a dated newspaper included in the pic. Be advised, photos of the DoA may be required before refund or replacement is issued. We are not responsible for carrier mistakes or delays.
