Has anybody read this book?

Does anybody own the Catalog and Atlas of the Cockroaches (Dictyoptera of North America North of Mexico) by Thomas H. Atkinson, Philip G. Koehler, and Richard S. Patterson? It was published by the Entomological Society of America in October 1991.

I'm not giving up on this one. I need to have it, or a copy. Demand=money for supplier...catch my drift? I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find a copy...hmmm...i'm not an economics guy myself but doesn't hard to find item+buyer with an unspent paycheck=lots of money for supplier?
