Hello, everyone, how to dry fish before feeding to the isopods? I need answers now!!! and thank you.

I want to feed them protein!!!!

And which Isopods do you like to keep?

 
I've seen people feed their 'pods thawed pinkie mice so you probably wouldn't even have to dry the fish, but I've not messed with foods like that so I'm not certain. I keep Armadillidium nasatum and A. vulgare at the moment, but I hope to expand next year.
