How do you keep your humidity levels high enough? I've been considering getting a misting system, but I don't know if it's worth it...

 
misting system is an great investment but I personaly mist mine down two to four times a week by hand but I like to see my roaches on a regular basis .... If I used misting system , I most likely wouldn't check on my roaches nearly as often ..

 
Just a frequent spraying, a good amount of substrate, and a lid really keeps the humidity high enough. Also the presence of fruits helps.

 
I just learned, that my hissers prefer 75% humidity. I had 80% before and they moved hardly at all, except for darkest time of the night. Then I managed to improve ventilation and the roaches started moving in daylight immediately when the humidity dropped to 75%.
