Is this feeding ok?

Hi!

I feed my roaches with this mix:

Dog food

Hens food

Bread

Flour

Crushed wheat

And for the water, I prefer give them apples, oranges and tomatoes.

Is it ok?

There's no benefit to adding these last three to your dry mix:

Bread

Flour

Crushed wheat

I offer a water dish or watered substrate area. Some species tend to do poorly if fed fruits as the only water source (especially egg layers that require damp conditions for the oothecae).
