Liquid from grapevine beetle

Hi Everyone!

I wanted to know if anyone has heard about yellowish-white liquid coming out of grapevine beetles' back side? I have two females and they both do that, just wanted to know if something was wrong with them or if it is normal.

I'm not sure. They haven't shown any interest in the beetle jelly I have in their container. On bugguide.net it says that they grape foliage and fruit as adults, I think they would eat the jelly but I haven't seen them yet. I ordered a couple grape vines since that is the primary food in their diet and they should eat a lot of that when I receive it.
