Little Fungus Eaters

Anyone know what these are? They were found eating some fungus growing on the bottom of a dead log.

I can't make them out very well (six legs and a tail?) but I'd be interested in getting some.

The big brown critters look like thrips of some kind. The red ones are probably rove beetle or fungus beetle larvae.
